Air conditioning

All our rooms have individually controlled air conditioning. Alternatively, a fan is also available.

Arrival / Check-in

Your room will be available from approximately 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Baby Cots / Cribs

Baby cots and cribs are available free of charge. Please inform our reception staff if you require one.

Bar / Snacks

The hotel bar is located on the ground floor and is open from 4:00 PM until approximately 1:00 AM. We offer a wide variety of drinks and snacks. If the bar is temporarily unattended, please contact the reception staff directly with your request.

Bathrobes

Bathrobes for your sauna visit are available upon request at the reception 24 hours a day, for a small charge. We kindly ask you to return the bathrobe to the reception upon check-out.

Banks / ATM

Banks with an EC/ATM cash machine are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. These banks are open on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Further information can be obtained at the reception.

All of our hotel rooms have a private bathroom.

Bus parking

Our hotel provides a fre bus parking directly in front of the hotel building.

Departure / Check-out

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. You can safely store your luggage with us until your actual departure. To avoid waiting times, you are welcome to settle your hotel bill on the day of arrival or the evening before your departure via our Express Check-Out service.

Evacuation Routes / Emergency Exits

All evacuation routes and emergency exits are marked with green illuminated signs. Please familiarize yourself with the escape plans posted in the corridors and on the back of your room door, which indicate the nearest emergency exit.

First Aid

We are happy to provide you with bandages and first-aid materials at the reception. Please note that due to legal regulations, the hotel is not permitted to dispense any medication, not even when it comes to over-the-counter medications, such as Aspirin, Paracetamol etc.

Free Amenities / Toiletries ("This & That")

Sewing kits, extra blankets or pillows, as well as hygiene and cosmetic items (e.g., towels, washcloths, disposable razors, dental kits, feminine hygiene products) are available free of charge at the reception 24 hours a day.

Hairdryer

A hairdryer is located in every bathroom.

Hot Beverages / Coffee & Tea

If desired, you can prepare coffee and tea in your room free of charge using the provided facilities. Additionally, a variety of specialty coffees are available 24 hours a day at the hotel bar or reception.

Internet Counter / Terminal

A complimentary internet terminal equipped with a PC is located in the hotel lobby. This service is available 24 hours a day and is completely free of charge.

We offer an ironing service for your clothing for a service fee. Please inform the reception by 8:00 AM if you require this service. Alternatively, you can borrow an iron and ironing board free of charge. This service is available 24 hours a day.

Laundry / Dry Cleaning

The hotel offers a laundry and dry cleaning service for your clothes. Details regarding turn-around times and pricing are available directly at the reception.

Leisure Activities

Our reception staff will gladly provide you with tips, recommendations, and information regarding various leisure activities and sights in Ludwigsburg and the surrounding area.

Luggage Service

If you need assistance with your luggage or wish to store it at the hotel until your departure, please contact the reception. This service is available 24 hours a day.

Mineral Water

The bottle of water provided on the table in your room is complimentary. Additional drinks and snacks can be purchased at the hotel bar in the lobby.

Minibar / Mini fridge

A mini fridge is located in every guest room. Additional snacks and beverages are available at the hotel bar or at our snack bar at the reception.

Parking / Garage

On-site garage parking spaces are available for a fee. Advance reservation is possible for select parking spaces. Use of the parking garage is at your own risk. Please follow all parking instructions carefully; the hotel assumes no liability for damages to your vehicle resulting from non-compliance.

Pets / Dogs

Your dog is very welcome at our hotel for an additional fee. We kindly ask you to keep your dog on a leash throughout the hotel and ensure they do not lie on the beds, armchairs, or couches.

Pillow Selection

To improve your sleeping comfort, a variety of different pillow types are available upon request at the reception.

Pizza / Delivery Service

Our reception staff can provide you with menus from local pizza and other food delivery services. Suitable plates and cutlery can also be provided by the hotel upon request.

Photocopies / Scans

Our reception staff will be happy to make photocopies or scans for you at any time. Photocopies cost €0.20 per page. Scanning documents is free of charge.

Post / Mail

We are happy to receive mail, letters, and packages for you at the reception and store them safely until you collect them.

Restaurant / Breakfast

Our large gourmet breakfast is served in the breakfast restaurant on the ground floor. Breakfast hours are Monday to Friday from 6:15 AM to 9:30 AM, and Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. If you need to leave particularly early, please order our Early Express Breakfast (packed lunch). For lunch or dinner, our reception team will gladly recommend excellent restaurants in the Ludwigsburg area.

Sauna

The hotel features a sauna that guests can reserve and use for a fee. Please contact the reception to request that the sauna be turned on. Bathrobes are available at the reception. Disposable slippers can be purchased at the reception desk for a small fee.

Sightseeing / Event Locations

Our hotel is located very close and only minutes away to all the city's attractions and event locations. You can walk everywhere.

Smoking Policy

Please note that all our rooms are strictly non-smoking rooms. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building out of consideration for subsequent guests.

You can get snacks, sweets, or drinks around the clock at our snack bar by the reception.
