Built between 1704 and 1733 during the reign of Duke Eberhard Ludwig, the Residential Palace is one of the greatest German baroque palaces still around today. It has 452 rooms spread over 28 buildings. It is called the "Swabian Versailles" and used to be the residence of the past kings of Württemberg.

Today, state receptions and cultural events are still held in the palace theatre and in the assembly room of the Residential Palace. Immerge into the past while promenading through the gorgeous halls of the palace with a professional tour guide.
